Off-White Air Jordan 1 Releasing in September

After the upcoming Off-White Air Jordan 1 collaboration was teased earlier this year, the sneakers finally have a release date.

The highly glorified sneakers will release on September 1, 2017. The Off-White Air Jordan 1 is surely one of the most interesting Jordan collaborations this year as Virgil Abloh seems to defy all rules of contemporary sneaker design. The iconic Jordan silhouette prides itself with a classic Chigaco colourway including black, red and white. Virgil Abloh’s design features a variety of unsubtle elements constituting deconstructed components, an oversized Swoosh, blue and orange stitching, Off-White branding as well as a number of letterings such as “AIR” and “SHOELACE” in the infamous quotation marks.

The unorthodox design does not stop with the sneakers themselves.  The Jordans come in an inverted shoebox, that boasts a cardboard brown exterior and a traditionally blacked-out interior. In addition, the sneakers will come with four different shoe laces in black, white, orange and lime green.

Although there is no official information on the price, the Off-White Air Jordan 1 is rumoured to cost $350, which is a similar pricing as we have seen on the KAWS’ Air Jordan 4s in April.

To get a better look at the shoe, we have put together a collection of the best teasers on Instagram right now:
